We recommend taking a look at our portfolio and even our Instagram to get inspiration for your shoot. Definitely bring ALL of your outfit options with you to your shoot. You’ll only use one for your session but we will take a look at all your options and help pick the best one for your shoot. Please come hair and makeup ready. We recommend natural makeup and hair down is preferred. Don’t forget to bring touch up essentials for your hair and make-up: powder, lipgloss/lipstick(natural colors), hair spray, pins, a brush etc.

Your online gallery will be delivered to you 3 weeks after the LAST DAY of the event you are attending. You will receive an email from us with your Gallery Delivery. Make sure to add Clients@HollywoodDanceShoot.com to your address book to ensure our emails are delivered to your inbox.
NO! You will receive all of the final selected images in an online gallery and you can download the WEB-READY images perfect for Instagram, Facebook, emailing and social media. BUT we highly recommend purchasing at the shoot as we offer special prices and discounts at each event!
What we create is art for your home, not your average dance studio portrait. Almost ALL of our clients purchase large prints from our incredible lab! We will view all of your images and work with you to help visualize what sizes and images would look best in your home. Please plan to stay at least 20 Minutes after your shoot to walk through your gallery and chat with our Sales Associate. They can help answer any questions you may have.
You will see your gallery right after your session! Our sales associate with walk you through your images on a beautiful monitor and they will take you through your purchase options for your home, gifts, etc.
All print orders generally take 10-14 business days to arrive to your home once your order is approved and sent to the lab for printing. We will send you a Crop Approval email from one of our team members to ensure you approve of the crops for each print size in your order. You will receive constant communication about the status of your order once it is placed.
At competitions and conventions, walk ups are welcome, we recommend pre-booking. If you pre-book your shoot, we will contact the weekend prior to the event at the latest to schedule your sessin time. Scheduling happens on a first come first serve basis, so we encourage you to book fast as we usually sell out all of our events.
Your shoot fee includes: An exciting Action Dance Photo Shoot designed by acclaimed Dance Photographer Cody Green. Your shoot will be choreographed by one of our amazing choreographers. You will receive all Web Ready Images – ready for Facebook, Instagram and all social media. Your images will be viewable right after your session with us and you will be able to view all of our amazing products for purchase. From Prints to Acrylic Wall Art to Many Other Custom Products, you will have a plethora of options to choose from. Our individual prints start at $20 and our print packages start at $168. There is no obligation to purchase prints, but we are confident you will want to! We also offer High Resolution downloads as well so you can print smaller prints as you need them, send an image to a relative for them to print for their home, or even blow-up an image for a party/graduation!
One of our goals at Hollywood Dance Shoot is to give you a Dance Photography experience like no other. We’d like to think we are revolutionizing Dance Studio Portraits. Cody Green has starred in FIVE Broadway shows, and has performed & taught at studios and conventions all over the world. Cody & his team have developed a proven system that focuses on the dancers abilities and works with them to get the perfect shot! You will have a choreographer at your shoot that creates our “fabric magic” and leads each dancer through a series of movements, perfecting each one as they go. Not many dance photographer’s have the trained eye and experience to show off your dancer’s technique like we do.
Booking your shoot is simple. Head on over to our booking form. On that page, select your city/event from the drop down menu, fill out the form and pay for your shoot. If you do not receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours, give us a call or drop us an email (clients@hollywooddanceshoot.com) and let us know.
